Do I need a powerful GPU to use StudioTwin?

No. All AI generation runs in the cloud - you just need UE5 and our plugin installed. Your local machine handles the viewport, we handle the heavy compute.

How much does it cost?

StudioTwin is free to start. Every account gets 100 cloud credits per month at no cost. Premium tiers with higher limits and priority processing are coming soon.

What can I generate with StudioTwin?

Animations from text prompts, full 3D environments from panoramic photos, PBR materials from reference images, and 3D models from text or image input - all directly inside Unreal Engine.

Is it only for Unreal Engine?

Currently yes - our plugin is built for UE5. However, our API uses industry-standard formats (FBX, glTF, EXR), so additional integrations are planned.

Can I use generated assets commercially?

Yes. All assets you generate with StudioTwin are yours to use in commercial projects with no additional licensing fees.

Do I need special Unreal Engine content to get started?

No - you can use StudioTwin out of the box, even on an empty UE5 project. We ship all necessary assets inside the plugin.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your free credit balance is refreshed monthly (100 credits). You can check your remaining credits in the StudioTwin dashboard. Premium tiers with higher credit limits are coming soon.

Terms of Service - StudioTwin

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StudioTwin, an AI-powered content creation platform for Unreal Engine 5 (the "Service"). The Service is operated by RealTwin Solutions Inc. ("RealTwin," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Early access and service changes

StudioTwin may be offered in early access. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or become unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time.

4. Credits and usage

StudioTwin uses a credit-based usage system. During early access, accounts may receive 100 free credits per month. Credit amounts, reset schedules, and pricing may change as the Service evolves.

Credits have no cash value and are not a bank account or stored value.
Unused free credits may expire or reset at the end of the monthly period.
We may limit usage to protect Service stability and prevent abuse.

5. Inputs and outputs

5.1 Definitions

"Input" means prompts, files, images, text, and other materials you submit to the Service.
"Output" means content generated or produced by the Service based on your Input (for example: animations, environments, materials, and 3D models).

5.2 Your rights in Output

As between you and RealTwin, you retain any copyright you have in your Output. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5.3 License to RealTwin

You grant RealTwin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Input and Output to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including model training and evaluation.

You also grant RealTwin a non-exclusive license to use Output for marketing or promotional purposes only in an anonymized or de-identified form, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or regulation
Create, upload, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
Create or distribute non-consensual deepfakes or impersonations of real people
Generate or distribute malware, exploit code, or instructions for wrongdoing
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying models, code, or system prompts except as permitted by law
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated scraping that overloads systems

7. Intellectual property

RealTwin and its licensors own the Service and all related technology, including software, models, toolkits, APIs, designs, and trademarks, excluding your Input and Output. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal or commercial projects.

8. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics, and payment processors such as Stripe). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," ESPECIALLY DURING EARLY ACCESS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTWIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating Outputs before relying on them.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTWIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTWIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REALTWIN FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealTwin and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your Input, your Output, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice through the Service.
